Candice Adams Kimmel,
President and Founder
Candice Adams Kimmel founded Adams Unlimited in 1985, with the vision of developing a premiere New York City based agency specializing in Travel and Hospitality by providing personalized service to a select group of clients. Prior to starting the company, Mrs. Kimmel was senior vice-president marketing of Warner Leisure, Inc. a subsidiary of Warner Communications (now Time Warner). Having begun her career in market research for an international airline, Mrs. Kimmel offers clients a keen understanding of the importance of data driven analysis in destination marketing, including geo-demographic and psychographic targeting, and for building business cases for airline route development.
Mrs. Kimmel has presented courses on Airline Route Development for the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) and is a frequent speaker for IATA Aviation Day events. She is a member of the Monroe College School of Hospitality Advisory Board, and a guest lecturer there on the topic of Crisis Communications. She is also a member of the Society of American Travel Writers (SATW), the Caribbean Tourism Organization (CTO), the U.S. Air Force Association Iron Gate Chapter and The Wings Club Foundation. She is a certified scuba diver and as a former figure skater, Mrs. Kimmel belongs to the Skating Club of New York (SCNY).
Margarita “Margot” Kravchuk

Margot manages day-to-day public relations and marketing initiatives for the
St. Kitts Tourism Authority with the goal of telling the island’s story. She came to Adams Unlimited from Berk Communications, and MWW subsidiary, where she worked with the Israel Ministry of Tourism generating an increase in coverage in the U.S. and Canada with a focus on elevating their culinary programs, cultural programs and heritage travel. She has worked with luxury, boutique and all-inclusive properties in Central American and the Caribbean including The Harbor Club, A Curio Collection Hotel in St. Lucia, Brisas Grupo, a leading hospitality brand in Mexico, and Acre Baja, a luxury sustainable resort. An avid traveler, Margot has funneled her passion for engaging with different cultures and exploring new places into a career specializing in travel and tourism communications. She is also a savvy social media manager having advised on strategy for various clients at Rubenstein PR such as MIPIM, the world’s leading real estate conference, and projects on behalf of the Rwanda Tourism Board.
